RhemaPOS.
Your operation, connected.

One operation, several needs

From checkout to business control.

01 / Sales and cash registers

Every sale, with a clear record.

Cashiers add products and services to a ticket, apply customer conditions and record payment. The register keeps track of its cash movements.

  • Mixed payments, discounts and saved sales.
  • Returns and document reprinting.
  • Opening, reconciliation, withdrawals and closing.
Customers and credit

Credit limits, payments, reversals and local store credit. Receivables support queries, filters and exports of collection information.

02 / Administration

Products, purchases and stock.

Organize the catalog and record incoming goods. Administration brings together purchases, receipts and payment obligations.

  • Products, categories, brands and suppliers.
  • Purchases and partial receipts.
  • Payables, advances and reversals.
Pricing and promotions

Price lists by customer and branch, quantity promotions and prices preserved in completed sales. Import prices for existing products using CSV or Excel.

03 / Branches and synchronization

Connect your business locations.

Share organization data and review inventory by warehouse. Transfers distinguish dispatched goods, received quantities and stock still in transit.

  • Shared customer and supplier master data.
  • Warehouse transfers with partial receipt.
  • Inventory reconciliation, differences and data freshness.
When connectivity returns

The automatic queue sends supported operations and recovers interrupted transfers with duplicate controls. Coverage includes implemented sales, purchases and transfers; each workflow keeps its own synchronization rules.

04 / Sellers and commissions

Orders start where your customer is.

The seller web app provides access to downloaded catalogs and assigned customers. Sellers can prepare orders offline and send them for processing at the register.

  • Downloaded catalogs and locally saved drafts.
  • Orders with submission status and register recovery.
  • Personal and optional team commission plans.
From order to sale

Saving an order does not issue an invoice or reserve stock. The register checks prices, taxes, availability and permissions before payment. Commissions use net amounts after discounts, exclude tax and are proportional to each payment; payroll is not included.

05 / Optional Automotive module

More context for parts and workshops.

A specialization for businesses that need to connect parts, vehicles and services. The module adds information and workflows specific to these operations.

  • OEM references, equivalents and recorded compatibility.
  • Services and packages.
  • Workshop orders, estimates, reservations, consumption and payments.
Parts compatibility

Recorded relationships help identify alternatives, but do not certify OEM compatibility or automatically substitute parts. Cafeteria and Tires remain planned extensions.

Pricing and promotions

Clear conditions before payment.

Configure quantity discounts and preview their effect on prices. At checkout, the POS validates conditions again and preserves the sale amounts.

How it works in practice

Can it operate without internet?

The register works locally with valid operating authorization for up to 14 days. Seller orders can be captured offline for up to 24 hours according to their authorization. Installation and the first download require connectivity; renewal needs access to the corresponding service.

Is everything shared immediately between devices?

Offline devices use local records and downloaded information. Synchronization covers implemented workflows. Shared offline reservations and store credit are not promised. The seller app processes its queue while the profile is unlocked and the app is visible.

What is the product status?

The capabilities described here are implemented. Commercial pilot validation and physical testing of Windows, printers, mobile devices and fiscal compliance are still pending. Configuration is assessed for each business before installation.
